Is This You?

Who Is This For?

Who This Is For:

  • You own a therapy practice that brings in $500K or more a year, with clinicians working under you.
  • Your CPA does your return once a year, and April is the only time you hear from them.
  • The deposits in your EHR don't match what QuickBooks shows, and the books keep falling behind.
  • You're not sure you're paying yourself the right way, or whether the S corp election fits your practice.
  • Your estimated tax payments are a guess, and you'd rather someone figured them out and paid them for you.
  • You want one team handling your books, your estimated taxes, your tax strategy and both of your returns.

This Is Not For:

  • Therapists still working a W-2 job who haven't opened a practice yet.
  • Practices bringing in under $500K a year.
  • Owners who only want a tax return filed once a year and nothing else.
  • Owners who want to be coached to keep their own books.

100% Done-For-You

Here's Everything We Do For You

Here's how Billy, Teresa and the team run the financial side of a therapy practice, all year long.

We Start With A Conversation

First we talk with you, hear where your practice is today and where you want it to be, and only then build the plan we carry out for you.

We Clean Up Your Books

A mess is the most common starting point. We bring past months into order, fix your chart of accounts and reconcile back as far as it takes.

We Run Your QuickBooks

We keep your books in QuickBooks Online with accounts built for a therapy practice, so insurance, private pay and clinician, supervisor and biller fees each land where they belong. The file stays yours.

We Set Up Your Owner Pay

We work out whether the S corp election fits, help you set a reasonable salary for yourself and work alongside your payroll provider, such as Gusto or ADP.

We Pay Your Estimated Taxes

We review your numbers through the year, then calculate your estimated tax payments and log in and pay them for you, so you never have to guess the amount.

We File Both Of Your Returns

We prepare the practice's return and your personal one, all for one flat monthly fee, and you can call or email anytime and hear back within 1 to 2 business days.

Still On The Fence?

Frequently Asked Questions

Can you just do my taxes once a year?+
No. We either do it all, or nothing at all: the books, the estimated taxes, the tax strategy and the returns. The savings come from the work done during the year, not from the filing, so we politely decline prep-only work.
My books are a mess. Is that a problem?+
Not at all, it's the most common starting point. The first phase is a clean-up: we bring past months into order, fix the chart of accounts and reconcile back as far as needed. If you're on QuickBooks Desktop, we move you to QuickBooks Online.
You're in New Jersey. Can you work with a practice in my state?+
Yes. At one point we had clients in 39 states, and as long as you're in the United States, we're licensed to help you. The books live in QuickBooks Online, documents move through a secure client portal, and we look at your state's rules and any telehealth filings for you.
Do I have to change my payroll provider?+
No. We don't run payroll ourselves. We work alongside ADP, Gusto and other providers, categorize payroll properly in your books, and make sure your own pay and your clinicians' setup, W-2 or 1099, are structured the right way.
What does it cost?+
It's one flat monthly fee, never hourly, so you can ask questions without watching a meter. The fee depends on your practice's size, its complexity and the state of your books, and we quote it up front on the strategy call, before any work starts.
When will I actually see the savings?+
The moves have to be made while the year is still open. Your own salary and any 401(k) deferrals from your pay have to run through payroll by December 31st, and if the S corp election is right for 2027, that deadline is March 15th. The savings show up when your return is filed.
Who will I actually work with?+
Billy, a partner, sets your strategy. Teresa, our lead CPA, carries it out, Vicki handles QuickBooks and the books, and Nicole keeps the office running. You'll have direct access to your CPA and a reply within 1 to 2 business days.
What should I bring to the strategy call?+
Last year's returns for you and for the practice, plus a profit and loss for this year so far (QuickBooks access works too). If you file jointly, your spouse is welcome on the call, since the personal return is half the picture.
One Last Step

Want To Know What Your Practice Should Really Be Paying In Taxes?

On the strategy call, Billy asks how your practice runs: your clinicians, your entity, your own pay and who keeps the books. Then he shows you where your tax bill can come down and which of those moves still count for 2026.
